Vito Scarnecchia was born in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada and now lives in San Jose, CA. He began his business career at the age of 10 delivering newspapers and bussing tables at restaurants. He joined the Marine Corps when he was 17 and enjoyed 12 ½ grand years in active duty and reserve roles as a mortarman, FDC, Naval Gun Fire Observer and Platoon Sergeant.
 
By the time he was 24, he had finished his studies and enjoyed an advertising career for 10 years. During this time, real estate was a large part of his mindset from buying and selling his own homes to buying investment properties - he was focused on one thing - making money for his family.
 
After starting a family, he decided to leave the world of advertising and move into real estate, where he focused on building portfolios of his own and for other investors. As a life-long entrepreneur, he has had multiple businesses going concurrently. From investing, to starting a magazine, to working with a public speaking company, he continuously looks for new ideas and free spirits to help them create wealth and enjoy their lives.
 
Vito founded and is the owner of SNS Realty, which was established in 2003 as a part of Vito Scarnecchia, Inc.. He has created a large syndicated, multiple marketing company that brings on product champions who focus and are the experts in one specific part of real estate. From REO management, to resale, to property investments, to working with Habitat for Humanity- SNS has a very experienced staff of real estate superstars. The company is debt free and continues to do well in these troubling times.
 
As a Real Estate Agent, Vito understands that clients come first. He manages his personal time with his clients and knows how to do it with excitement!  Working with a group of investors and a base of clients from years in the business, Vito keeps himself busy and continues to assist friends and family along with his huge referral base.
